The event, developed in partnership with Noble & Common Gallery, aims to support the students’ end-of-year Degree Show; where students showcase their major projects to family, friends, and the public.

Proceeds will also go to local charity Maggs Day Centre.

Dozens of unique A6 artworks, each created by a student, member of staff, or guest artist, have been produced, and every piece will be sold at an auction on Thursday 11 December (6.45-8pm)

Buyers will only discover the artist’s name after purchase, encouraging people to choose based on creativity and instinct rather than reputation.

The event will showcase a wide range of disciplines, from painting and drawing, to printmaking, collage and photography.

Ashley Gregory, Fine Art student, said: “It’s a great opportunity for students. Not only does it allow us to gain experience of having work exhibited and sold, which some may not have head, but it also serves as a great platform for making connections and networking with the community and potential clients.”

Nat Pitt, Lecturer in Fine Art and project co-ordinator, said: “This project gives students the chance to experience the full process of producing, curating, and marketing an exhibition.”

He added: “It’s not only a fantastic fundraiser for the Degree Show, but it’s also a real opportunity to develop professional skills and connections.”

Noble and Common gallery in the Hop Market, run by a former ºüÀêÊÓƵ of Worcester Fine Art student, will host the exhibition daily from 1 to 9 December from 1pm-5pm (closed Sunday), with a special event for the Worcester Victorian Fayre on Saturday 6 December, 10pm-7pm.
