Rebecca is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources and Business at Worcester Business School, where she is co-course lead for the undergraduate business programmes and the CIPD lead. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Cranfield ºüÀêÊÓÆµ with research exploring the construction of the "ideal academic worker" and its relation with individuals from underrepresented groups in academic roles in UK universities. Her academic interests focus on inclusive organisational practices in the workplace.
Rebecca is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and brings over 20 years of professional HR experience across public, private, and higher education sectors, both in the UK and internationally. She has held senior roles in business operations and HR leadership, including her most recent position as Head of People Operations and Inclusion at Cranfield ºüÀêÊÓÆµ, where she led strategic initiatives in HR and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), with a particular focus on recruitment and selection.
At Worcester Business School, Rebecca teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate modules in HR and Business, bringing a rich blend of academic rigour and real-world experience to her education practice. Rebecca is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management and has served on the boards of several not-for-profit organisations.

Her professional background in HR and EDI informs her education approach, to foster an environment where students feel empowered to bring their whole selves into the academic space and where diverse perspectives are not only welcomed but actively integrated into the learning experience.
