As we look towards the 2030s, this Strategic Plan reaffirms this mission while setting out a bold, practical route forward. It is a plan shaped by our students, staff, partners, Fellows and friends, and grounded in a shared commitment to exceptional education, graduate success and beneficial, inclusive impact for the whole community.
This is a roadmap for real progress. It outlines how we will respond to the demands of a changing world by expanding participation and increasing the number of students studying at Worcester, delivering outstanding outcomes for graduates, remaining ‘top for jobs’ and enabling our region to flourish as a centre of economic dynamism and social progress.
