Esther trained as a nurse completing her diploma in 2001 at Buckinghamshire Chilterns ºüÀêÊÓƵ College. Following this Esther worked within cardiology on a Coronary Care Unit where she completed a BSc (Hons). She then worked in Cardiothoracic ITU, Thoracic Recovery and Cardiology Research and cared for complex heart and lung patients in a specialist hospital for 10 years. During this time, she completed an MSc in Cardio-Respiratory Nursing. In 2016 Esther gained a post as a clinical educator for Medicine in Bournemouth, before starting at the ºüÀêÊÓƵ of Worcester in 2019.
At the ºüÀêÊÓƵ of Worcester Esther teaches across skills and theory and also supervises dissertation students.
